Event Highlight

The Central San Joaquin Valley Nursing Hall of Fame is Accepting Applications


The Central San Joaquin Valley Nursing Hall of Fame was established in 2004. This prestigious award honors the lifetime achievement of nursing leaders serving within the seven county region of the Central San Joaquin Valley: Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, and Tulare.


This award is jointly sponsored by the Department of Nursing at California State University, Fresno, Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, Mu Nu Chapter, and the Nursing Leadership Consortium of the Central San Joaquin Valley. A Nursing Hall of Fame display with the names of each year’s honorees is located near the Department of Nursing at California State University, Fresno.

Nominations are now being accepted for this year's event. Nominations for the Central San Joaquin Valley Nursing Hall of Fame may be submitted by a peer, an organization, or other entity by documenting the nominee’s career and professional achievements. To nominate an RN for this award, please submit the application electronically by July 9, 2018 to ksayaseng@csufresno.edu.
